We are an e-commerce platform and the following terms and conditions will control your access and use of Shoppers World along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and tools (the “Site”). By using this site, you hereby accept all the terms and conditions and represent that you comply with these terms and conditions. This User Agreement is supposed to be effective when you use the site. If you don’t want to follow this User Agreement, please do not access, register with, or use this site. This website is owned and operated by Shoppers World Limited.

  • The card is non-transferable and it provides benefits and creates relationship between cardholders and service-providers.
  • It only provides benefit to the cardholders. It is not intended to provide discount for large or corporate groups.
  • People under the age of 18 are ineligible to receive privilege card.
  • NID card is required to register for the Shoppers World privilege card.

Issue of Card:

  • This Shoppers World privilege card will be issued to registered customers from the starting date of the card and expire date will depend on the type of card.
  • Cardholders will be entitled to one of the following cards dependent on their investment for the card.

Other terms & conditions related to the card:

  • The personal information/data provided by the cardholders to Shoppers World or their use of the site will be treated as strictly confidential according to the Privacy Agreement and applicable laws and regulation.
  • Shoppers World will not provide you with excessive information, which can be annoying and will not share details of the cardholders with other companies.
  • Shoppers World reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the privilege card and add or exclude certain products, service, or terminate it without prior notice.
  • The card will entitle the cardholder to the following levels of discount
  • The card is only used for 51 categories of services.
  • Shoppers World privilege cardholders will be invited to exclusive in-store events, savings, benefits and be amount the first to hear about what’s new.
  • The privilege card cannot be used for any kind of illegal products or services.
  • Discount or offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Safe keeping of the Privilege Card and the points held on it are the responsibility of the Cardholder. Only the Cardholder may obtain the benefits from transactions made in-store.
  • Should there be any reason for suspecting abuse of the Privilege Card’s terms and conditions; Shoppers World retains the right to de-activate any Privilege Card without notice. Any remaining Privilege benefit would then be lost and void.

Redeeming Privilege Points:

  • A cardholder can gain benefits only from the partner companies of Shoppers World.
  • In the event of no activity on activity on privilege card account for a 6 month period, Shoppers World reserves the right to close the account.
  • Cardholder need to have a minimum balance of 500 taka in order to redeem against any in-store purchase.

Returning Merchandise:

  • Cardholder will not gain any extra facilities at the time of retuning products.
